  • Orders are processed within 24-48 Hours once order is placed and confirmed.
  • Delivery timelines are as follows: Metros (2-4 business days) and Rest of India (3-6 business days).
  • Shipping for prepaid orders is free across India. For COD orders, a small cash handling fee applies.
  • Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • JoVoné Wéar is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
